about our coaching approach
We believe communication can change the direction of a relationship, a family, a team, and sometimes a life.
Clear Signal Coaching™ uses the Process Communication Model® as a practical framework for understanding how people naturally communicate, what helps them stay connected, and what can shift when stress enters the conversation. The goal is not to turn you into someone else. It is to help you recognize what you are already doing, understand how it may be received, and give you more choices in what you do next.
What excites us most about this work is how usable it is. Once you begin to see the patterns, you can use that awareness in the conversations that actually matter: at home, at work, in leadership, in conflict, and in the moments when you want to get it right from the beginning- engaged couples, blended families.
You do not have to change who you are to communicate more effectively.
You can adjust the delivery, strengthen the connection, and keep your voice.
ABout our Coach
Leslie Lampe, M.Ed., J.D.
Clear Signal Coaching™ is where I bring together the work I have spent my career doing and the work I believe can make a real difference in people’s lives.
As an educator, administrator, attorney, and PCM Certified Team Coach, I have worked with people in situations where communication carried real consequences. I have seen how quickly people can misunderstand one another—and how much can change when someone finally has a way to understand what is happening instead of simply reacting to it.
I built Clear Signal Coaching™ because I believe people deserve access to these tools before a relationship breaks down, not only after something has gone wrong. Sometimes the goal is repairing a pattern. Sometimes it is starting a marriage, family, leadership role, partnership, or new chapter with greater awareness from day one.
I am passionate about this work because I have seen what becomes possible when people stop assuming that good intentions automatically create good communication. When you understand the process, you have choices. And choices can change what happens next.
